Melancholy, by the snow.

Oil on canvas 30" x 36"

It is nothingness.
Sharp and dark.
The eyes have it,
piercing the empty gazes.
Let's leap to nothingness.
and smile, till we die.
This is the second of my untitled serie, as I attempt to translate the human emotions, built upon experiences and images that hold meaning for me, into scapes.
In this mountain-scape, you're struggling to come to terms with your loneliness. Continuosly penduluming between romanticisinging the fear of being alone, and the dark space where your mind withdraws to.
